Matutes Wins Trademark Battle Over 'Space'
Fiesta Hotels & Resorts SL, owned by the Matutes family, has won a legal battle against entrepreneur Pepe Roselló over the use of the 'Space Ibiza' trademark. The judge ruled in favour of Matutes, annulling Roselló's 2008 'Space Ibiza' trademark due to confusion with Matutes' 'Space Ibiza Dance' logo.

About
Acrobosc is located in an area of pine trees near Cala Pada beach on the outskirts of Santa Eulalia des Riu.
It is a fun aerial assault course high up in the trees with three routes depending on skill level (and height). Parental supervision is required for anyone under the age of 18.
Expect zip lines, rope ladders, wobbly bridges, tight ropes and of course, the iconic high wire bicycle ride.
