About
During a cacao ceremony, participants drink a specially prepared cacao drink made from raw cacao beans that have been roasted, ground, and mixed with other natural ingredients, such as cinnamon, honey, or chilli.
The ceremony is typically led by a shaman or facilitator who guides participants through a series of rituals, such as meditation, chanting, or sharing intentions.
Elena uses gongs, hang drum, quartz singing bowls, shamanic drums, flutes and voices.
The purpose of the ceremony is to connect with the spirit of cacao and open the heart chakra, allowing participants to connect with their own inner wisdom, release emotional blockages, and experience a sense of spiritual connection with themselves, others, and the universe.
